The service industry has been a part of my life since I was a small child in Germany. My grandparents, my parents and now myself, have been involved in this industry and have enjoyed the challenges and rewards it brings.I was born, raised and educated in Germany and came to the United States in my early twenties. The Pacific Northwest has been my home for most of my adult life and what a beautiful place it is. After raising my son, I worked for a large insurance company as a Medicare Specialist in their customer service department. By this time I also had rental properties and realized Real Estate, with its unique opportunities, was where I wanted to be.
I work with clients of All ages and am also a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Having formerly worked with the medicare population, I am aware of the special needs of senior clients. In order to better serve all my clients, I also obtained my certification as an Accredited Staging Professional. By advising and helping my clients stage their home before it goes on the market, I am able to assist them with selling their home faster and for a better price.
Real Estate has been my big passion long before I bought my first investment property and I wanted to share the unique opportunities that Real Estate provides with my clients.
I have been an agent for seven years now and my entire focus is on my clients, wether they are buying, selling or investing. My clients know they can trust me in all stages of their transaction. They know that I am meticulous with follow up and communication and that I focus on their needs and dreams.
I believe my clients deserve the best and I am proud to have been named as one of the best Real Estate agents in Seattle in 2004.
In order to serve my clients to the best of my abilities, education has been a prime focus in my carrier. I continually improve my knowledge of the market and the many legal changes in my business.
