I recommend the services of Martina Jaeger to anyone faced with selling a house as part of an estate.  When my mother died I was faced with liquidating her estate; having never sold a house before I had no idea where to start.  I attended a seminar conducted by Martina and was immediately impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm.  After a brief discussion with her about the house and it's location we arranged to met at the house. From that point on, I was impressed with Martina's professionalism and knowledge.  She came armed with preliminary market analysis even though I had made no commitment to use her services.  My wife and I were immediately comfortable working with Martina and felt confident she was the right person to advise us on preparing the house and putting it on the market.  During the 4 months we spent getting the house ready; Martina was always available for advice and guidance and made a point of coming by the house often to see how we were progressing and if we needed any help.  She also spent time explaining the process of selling a house, something we were totally unfamiliar with.  When the house was ready for the market, she staged the house very tastefully and had an Open House.  We had two offers that same day, both for more than our asking price.  Martina then worked with us through each step of the negotiating, inspecting, counter offer, etc.  Without her help I am sure that the sale would have been a disaster and we would not have received anywhere our asking price.  I cannot say enough about Martina's professionalism, knowledge, enthusiasm and personality.  It is just the right mix for a successful sale.
